# Subscriptions

Your organisation's plan. Found under **Subscriptions**.

Not every organisation sees this screen. Where billing is handled through your account manager rather than in the platform, it is hidden.

## The plans screen

Each available plan appears as a card with its name, description, price per month or per year, and what it includes. Your current plan is marked **Current plan**.

| Button                  | What it means                                      |
| ----------------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **Select plan** | You have no subscription. Choosing one starts it. |
| **Change to this plan** | You have a subscription and this would replace it. |
| **Current plan** | This is what you are on. |

Where a free trial is offered, the card shows its length.

## Changing plan

Choose the plan you want and confirm. The change takes effect immediately, and the platform confirms when it is active.

If your organisation uses plan-restricted content, elements that were locked become available as soon as the new plan is active.

## Payment information

**Payment information** opens the billing portal, where you manage payment details and find invoices.

## Cancelling

**Cancel subscription** ends the subscription.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Cancellation takes effect immediately, not at the end of the period. Access to plan-restricted features stops straight away. If you are changing plans, use **Change to this plan** rather than cancelling and re-subscribing.
{% endhint %}

## Locked content

Where a plan restricts what is available, elements outside your plan appear blurred with a lock, alongside a card describing what a higher plan would unlock. Choosing **Unlock** or **Upgrade** leads to the same confirmation, which shows your current price beside the new one before you commit.

## Questions this screen does not answer

For anything about invoicing, contract terms, what a specific plan includes, or a requirement that does not fit the published plans, contact your account manager. Users who hit a locked feature should be told to raise it with you rather than upgrading themselves.
