# Reports

What is being used, by whom, and what it costs. Found under **Reports**.

| Report                                                        | What it answers                                                                                           |
| ------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| [Activity report](/en/for-administrators/reports/activity.md) | Is the platform being used, by how many people, and which assistants and elements are earning their keep? |
| [Token report](/en/for-administrators/reports/tokens.md)      | What does that usage cost, and where does the cost actually go?                                           |

Both share the same controls at the top: which organisation you are looking at, over which period, and at what granularity.

## The two questions worth asking every month

**Is adoption real?** Open the [Activity report](/en/for-administrators/reports/activity.md) and look at **User engagement** (active users against inactive ones) rather than total sessions. A healthy-looking total is often five enthusiasts. Adoption is the ratio.

**Is the cost where you expect it?** Open the [Token report](/en/for-administrators/reports/tokens.md) and break it down per assistant. Cost is rarely spread evenly; one assistant is usually most of the bill, and that is where any tuning pays back.
