# Saved content and images

Everything you have generated in the AI Toolbox, kept for you.

Results are saved automatically. There is no save button to forget.

| Where | What is in it |
| ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------- |
| **AI Toolbox → Saved content** | Every text result you have generated. |
| **AI Toolbox → Saved images** | Every image. |

Both are private to you.

## Working with saved text

Each result shows when it was created. Its menu offers:

| Action               | What it does                             |
| -------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| **Copy as text** | Plain text. |
| **Copy as Markdown** | Keeps formatting. |
| **Download as Word** | A document, styled to your organisation. |
| **Delete content** | Removes it permanently. |

{% hint style="info" %}
Refining is done on the element itself, not here. To develop a result further, open the element you produced it with, where your recent results appear beside the form.
{% endhint %}

## Working with saved images

Each image shows when and with what it was generated. You can refine it with new instructions, download it, or delete it.

An image tile reading **Image no longer available** means the underlying file has gone, usually because it was removed as part of your organisation's retention policy.

## Finding something again

An element's own screen shows your ten most recent results for that element, with **See more** leading here for the rest. If you know which element you used, going through the element is quicker.

## Keeping what matters

Saved results are a convenience, not an archive. Two things can remove them:

* **You delete them.**
* **Your organisation's retention policy.** Many organisations remove generated content automatically after a set period.

Anything you will need later should be taken out of the platform: download it as Word, or paste it where the work actually lives. Your administrator can tell you what your organisation's retention period is.

## Tidying up

Delete results you do not need. Saved content accumulates quickly, and a short list is a useful one.
