# Overview

Using the platform day to day. No special rights needed.

This half of the documentation is for everyone with an account. It covers the things you can do yourself, and nothing that requires administrator rights, so if you were given an account and told to get going, you are in the right place.

## Where to start

If you have five minutes: [What is the Artific AI Platform?](/en/getting-started/what-is-artific.md), then [Chatting with an assistant](/en/for-everyone/assistants/chatting.md).

If you have twenty: work through the *Getting started* pages in order, then come back here.

## What you can do

## Two things to know before you start

**You will not see everything described here.** What appears in your menu depends on what your organisation has set up and what your administrator has given you access to. A missing screen is not a fault. See [Getting help](/en/for-everyone/getting-help.md).

**The assistant can be wrong.** It is a very capable assistant, not an oracle. For anything that matters, check the answer. Where an assistant shows its sources under an answer, that is the fastest way to do it.

{% hint style="info" %}
The **Need help?** button inside the platform gives you tips for whichever screen you are on. On an assistant or a Toolbox element it gives tips for that specific one, which is often more useful than a general answer.
{% endhint %}
